Nobody will admit he/she is wrong

In this world , nobody will admit directly what he did is wrong. People always believe that he is right and "advice" everybody to follow his footstep. This is where the conflict and all the argument comes. Do you ever has such experience?
"This is all because of scott, if not him, we won't failed. I performed very well. This is not the first time. I dont like him."
"2. I should be able to complete but unfortunately, my house black out yesterday"
All excuses!

A successful businessman did admit and learn from mistake. Thus, he will gain respect from his staff, friends and customers.
