Egoism Kills
Do you have such experience during childhood (especially for those who are good in exam). I’m a great people. I know I will be a celebrity after I grow up. My mind is much advance than my classmate. All of them can never be a great people one day.
During my college life, I look down on my course mate. They are just ordinary people, don’t waste time mixing up with them. They can never success. I Bet.
I’m a great people; you guys should listen to me. What you guys doing now is stupid.
I disagree with most people’s idea and suggestion. I’m not a welcome person after all. None of them like me. And I told myself I wanted to prove to you guys where you guys are wrong! I continue sideline by my friends. They say I’m ego, but I tell myself this is confidence. Finally, I lose all my friends and I stay alone most of the time. I wonder. Why?
No answer found even after I graduated. Finally I realized after few years working and doing business with other people.
In fact, This is such a simple skill in life. Basic communication skill. I don’t even how to deal with people, how could I success in business? No way. Business is just trust & relationship, where I unable to gain trust and build relationship at all. That’s why, I failed in my business.
Nobody like a dictator. A common mistake made by a person is ; they always think that what they doing is correct and the rest were wrong. And he wanted to prove to the world he is right. This mindset kills.
To be successful, please be humble. Everybody learn this in primary school, but most of us unable to understand the real meaning of “humble”. Look around, all successful people are humble. Did you see a successful people is not a humble person? I recall back, all the successful people are humble, no exception!
If you are not a humble people, never think of success. Good Luck.
